Level 2 Wagyu Sommelier Chef Ryan Moore is excited to present Nakamura Farm Wagyu from Iwate Prefecture

Chef Moore will host an exclusive 5 course dinner for 20 guests featuring Nakamura Farms Wagyu where he will relay his journey to the farm itself, his experience with Wagyu, and will gift pours of Japanese Sake especially made for Chef Moore.

Iwate Gyu is a distinguished brand of Japanese wagyu produced in Iwate Prefecture, located in the Tohoku region of northern Japan. Renowned for its exceptional marbling, rich flavor, and tenderness, it is considered one of the top wagyu brands. Iwate Gyu is not only celebrated domestically but is also gaining recognition internationally as a symbol of Japanese culinary excellence. Chef Moore visited Farm Nakamura while in Japan, and Little Blackbird is serving an actual animal that he previewed.

Chef Moore will offer a Wagyu feature alongside the Little Blackbird menu every evening, cumulating in an exclusive 20-person 5 course Wagyu dinner on Sunday, June 21st.
